- Give us the VIN and we confirm exact fitment before anything leaves the counter. Year / make / model works, but VIN removes the guesswork — especially on trucks that changed mid-year.
- OEM or aftermarket?
- Both. We're the factory-authorized parts source for Hino and Mitsubishi Fuso, and we stock genuine aftermarket for Ford, International, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Isuzu and more. Tell us if you have a preference; we'll quote what makes sense.
- How fast can I get it?
- Most items are available same day for pickup at 585 Shrewsbury Ave or local delivery. If it isn't on the shelf we source it, and we ship nationwide.
- What's a core charge?
- Some rebuilt parts (starters, alternators, brake shoes) carry a core charge — a deposit on the old unit. Bring the old part back to the counter and the core comes off your bill. Ask when you order and we'll tell you if a part has one.
- Do you do fleet pricing?
- Yes. Fleet customers get volume pricing on parts, service and trucks, and a single point of contact. Mention your fleet size when you call or put it in the request and we'll set you up.
